of simple personal or business correspondence based
on instructions, tape and voicemail transcription;
Platinum Service: All in Gold plus: Preparation
of simple spreadsheets, reports, and attendance records,
Organization and maintenance of contact lists, Handling
of monthly statements, invoicing and billing, personal
