ServiClientes has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our commitment to protecting information you submit. This privacy policy only applies all information and data gathered, on ServiClientes.com and direct transactions with ServiClientes.

ServiClientes is committed to protecting your privacy. You can visit ServiClientes’ website without revealing your identity. There are times, however, when we may request information to better serve you as an existing or prospective client. ServiClientes takes data security seriously and provides access permission to systems that contains such data only on a need to know basis. ServiClientes may upon occasionally partner with other 3rd parties in web based promotions. ServiClientes also recommends that any web site visitor, accessing the www.ServiClientes.com web site as an employee of a company, abide by the privacy practices and security guidelines of the business they represent.
Job Applicants: Sharing Personal Information Under the “Jobs” section of www.ServiClientes.com, web site visitors can submit personal details, a Resume, or Curriculum Vitae. This information and any information contained within submitted documents will be included in ServiClientes' HR database. The information is held securely by ServiClientes and will only be used by ServiClientes' HR department for the purposes of assessing candidates for current and future job vacancies. Normally this information is held for a period of three years before it is discarded. Data provided within these documents should be confined to information necessary for the position for which the candidate is applying.
ServiClientes will use your personal information for recruitment purposes, and if you are offered a job or become employed by ServiClientes, for other employment-related purposes.
By submitting your resume/C.V. information to ServiClientes, you agree that we may use it for recruitment purposes. 


Internet Risk:
ServiClientes’ intent is to keep secure any personal information that you submit to us, and we will continue to take steps to maintain the security of our web site, infrastructure, and facilities. However, the open nature of the Internet is such that data may flow over networks without security measures and may be accessed and used by people other than those for whom the data is intended.


AntiSpam policy:
ServiClientes website team recognizes that the receipt, transmission, distribution, or propagation of unwanted emails (Spam) is a major concern. All emails received by us, are subject to Spam check. Any email identified as Spam will be rejected with sufficient information made available to the sender so as to inform them of the fact that what was received was identified as Spam and rejected. Additionally, ServiClientes will inform regulatory and enforcement bodies regarding recurrent Spam activity. These measures, along with other technical Spam reduction measures, will help minimize the effect of Spam emails and email virus propagation.

 

 

Impersonation:

It is ServiClientes policy not to request or convey any information, necessary to access the systems of ServiClientes or a client to an unknown third party over an unsecured channel. ServiClientes is aware of fake emails that are authored in such a manner so as to give the impression to the recipient that they were sent from an employee of ServiClientes. These emails attempt to impersonate an employee of ServiClientes and request of the recipient that they divulge, convey, or in some manner confirm personal information including an email address and/or password. If you receive any unsolicited email from a ServiClientes employee that is not familiar to you, please report it to a known ServiClientes contact. If you do not have a contact please send an e-mail to info@ServiClientes.com with ’IMPERSONATION’ mentioned in the subject line.

If you would like ServiClientes to delete/ edit / or remove personal information collected about you, please send an e-mail to info@ServiClientes.com with ‘REMOVE’ mentioned in the subject line.

 

Changes to this Privacy Policy

  • ServiClientes may update this policy at any time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account.
