For all support services we require a contact name, phone number and e-mail address. In addition, we will need the type of support and the amount of e-mails you currently average per day.

How will the chat calls be forwarded to your company?
You will be given a livechat logo which you will paste onto your site.

As in email and chat support, we require a contact name, phone number and e-mail address. In addition, we will need to know the amount of calls you currently average per day and the schedule you wish to have the service available to your customers.

Is the service fully personalized to our company's needs?
Yes, we will work with you to customize the service to meet your needs. All calls and e-mails related to your account will be processed only by a CSR that has been trained and certified as per your account specifications.

Will I have access to traffic reports?
Yes, there is an online report where you can find the amount of calls or e-mails in multiple ranges of dates, the average time of response of e-mails and the most frequent questions or concerns.

How will I access my reports?
Once your account has been set up, you will be given a password with which you will have access to the reports to all services.

Is there a limitation as to the amount of visits to my reports per month or per day?
There are no limitations, you can access your reports as many times as required.

Can I add other tasks to a Help Desk services available?
Yes, we will work to meet your and your business’ needs.


How do I contact my Help Desk Clerk?
There are two ways you can contact your clerk.

  • Log into your account in the “Client Login”, select the type of task and type the full description in the instruction box.
  • Send and email with the Customer id in the subject line and the task type and full description to help_desk@customerservicesonline.com.
